Household Appliance rapid prototypes support for speakers, air conditioners, Water dispenser, microwaves, TV cover and so on.

Chapter 1 Air Conditioner

The size of the air conditioner is L* W * H= 795 * 191 * 265 (mm).  We use CNC machining usually. the use of large size CNC machines is not necessarily required for the production of big sized parts. Our CNC technicians can skillfully separate the CAD data of big size parts into multiple smaller pieces that are machined individually. after CNC machining, the smaller individual parts are expertly assembled back into one.

Thus it can be seen the biggest difficulty of this project is to ensure accuracy.

Chapter 2 TV cover

The size of the 42 TV cover is L* W * H= 968 * 67 * 590 (mm). This mock up is made by CNC rapid precision machining.

At first, we should make sure that the cover will not be deformation.
