C ard less CAM Model is a industrial design product produced by KAIAO. This product has adopted over molding in vacuum casting process as well as sheet metal bending stamping technologies. The silver part is aluminum sheet metal parts whose wall thickness is 0.1mm, and the material of black part is PC . Clients finally found KAIAO and they hope we could produce A level model products economically in time for them since they had seek for many professional model companies, of whom remain two main problems, one is the PC together with aluminum sheet could not be cemented together, and the other is that the aluminum sheet is easy to be out of shape. KAIAO are always prepared for new challenges, and after having a research meeting with our engineers, we make a whole set of production solutions for client’s products. Firstly, we adopted over molding and the buckle setting processes to fuse the PC and aluminum sheet together, and then we made the Precision fixture adopting the sheet metal blending stamping technology which had solved the deformation problem. KAIAO had provided 7 sets of high quality model products for the clients only takes one week. When the clients saw their products in such a short time, they were very surprise. KAIAO had helped clients to solve problems that is a great help for their whole projects completed in time. It is true that KAIAO would always help clients to solve their problems, since the goal of KAIAO is to provide high quality products for clients and the mission of KAIAO is to provide quality services for clients.
Mobile phone and consumer electronics

E xceeding customer expectations high quality products in short period is KAIAO’s goals and objectives. This handset model is one of the masterpiece communication electronic products for KAIAO. This handset model is one high-end product designed by a famous Canada design company and specialized produced by KAIAO. The client requires both appearance and function about this handset model. This high-end product was produced according to the 3D data from the client. In our experience, we cut the product and do the assembled structure design processing. The middle frame and the battery cover were applying the over molding technology of vacuum casting , the soft rubber and button area applied the vacuum injection using the colored PU , and we had also added the silicon pad to make the model feel more like the real one. We did paint, silk screen, laser mark and other process to make the model no mater from visual, structure or touch all feel like a real one, as if it could be use only after assembling the electronic in. This model had completely reflected every processes technology during being producing. It only took 8 days to complete this high request and high-end prototype model and took 2 days to express it to the Canadian client. When the client got the model, they felt extremely motivating and said “this is the best prototype product we had never see, your company had solve the appearance and function problems at the same time, thank you very much for producing the high quality products economically in a short time”. It is true that KAIAO are always prepared to new challenges.
Automobile and vehicle Transportation

S pectacular Concept Car Models are manufactured by KAIAO, in Shenzhen China! Chunrui Huang, a recent graduate from the Wu Han University of Technology, commissioned KAIAO (as a student of Industrial Design) to manufacture a model of his sleek stylish vision of futuristic transportation, reminiscent of imagery in TRON 2. Chunrui contacted KAIAO with a dream, 3D data and a delivery date…and after one week was holding a completed concept car model in his hands. Chunrui entrusted KAIAO production experts and specialists to make a model that would represent him in front of professors, peers, friends, family, and most importantly prospect employers. According to Chunrui’s 3D data, the overall dimensions were (1314 x 3450 x 1735) mm. Chunrui requested the model to be made at 1:10 scale. Chunrui also requested the parts to be made so that the model could be assembled and disassembled. Finally Chunrui requested Finishing: Polishing, Painting, Silk Screening, and Electro Plating. To produce the Visual Effect for the Top Cover Panel KAIAO used black PMMA, which was meticulously sanded and polished by Senior Polishing Technicians. A special custom fixture was designed and made to accurately Silk Screen the curved surface of the Top Cover Panel. The final result was impressive and pleased Chunrui. “Mr. Cheng, I have received the model. I am happy and satisfied with the result. H ousehold Appliance rapid prototypes support for speakers, air conditioners, Water dispenser, microwaves, TV cover and so on. Chapter 1 Air Conditioner The size of the air conditioner is L* W * H= 795 * 191 * 265 (mm). We use CNC machining usually. the use of large size CNC machines is not necessarily required for the production of big sized parts. Our CNC technicians can skillfully separate the CAD data of big size parts into multiple smaller pieces that are machined individually. after CNC machining, the smaller individual parts are expertly assembled back into one. Thus it can be seen the biggest difficulty of this project is to ensure accuracy. Chapter 2 TV cover The size of the 42 TV cover is L* W * H= 968 * 67 * 590 (mm). This mock up is made by CNC rapid precision machining . At first, we should make sure that the cover will not be deformation.
