With our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) we analyze 3D parts to compare measurements, positions, shapes, tolerances, and surface curvature with the 3D data.The measuring instrument provides detailed graphic reports of the product quality allowing us to observe any imperfections.

KAIAO employs the use of a Platinum FaroArm which is a 2.4 meter long Articulated Measuring Instrument with ±0.025mm precision, acquired from the American FARO Company. The Platinum FaroArm is capable of additional functions such as product inspection, lathe calibration & optimization, as well as customer quality certification during providing the measurement data. At KAIAO, we utilize our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for every stage of prototype production from mold assemble and part inspection, to offering test feedback and quality assurance.
